Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Mangoes (approx. 800g)
  • 2 small red chillies
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

Directions

    Peel 2 mangos (approx. 800 g), cut the flesh from the stone and dice roughly. Clean 2 small red chillies, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and roughly chop. Puree mango, chilli, 100 ml orange juice and 2 tablespoons sugar in a tall container with a hand blender.

    Season with 1 tsp curry, salt and pepper.
