Wash 1 pot of coriander, shake dry, remove leaves and chop finely. Clean 2 small red chillies, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Peel and finely chop 1 clove of garlic.
Mix 150 ml soy sauce, juice of 2-3 limes and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir in coriander, chilli and garlic.
