Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Camembert cheese
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 1 TEASPOON ground caraway
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 4 Disc/s rustic bread (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds

Directions

    Mix the camembert and butter with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, adding ground caraway and paprika. Season to taste with pepper.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and, except for a few for garnishing, cut into fine rolls. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into fine slices. Peel onion and cut into fine rings. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread in it for 2-3 minutes on both sides.

    Spread breads with Obatzter, cover with slices of onion and radish. Garnish with caraway and chives. Add the rest of the Obatzter.
