  • 1⁄2 Cucumber (approx. 200 g)
  • 300 g Fresh cream
  • 2 TEASPOONS Wasabi paste (tube)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    1⁄2 Peel the cucumber (approx. 200 g), halve lengthwise, remove seeds and grate coarsely. Mix 300 g crème fraîche, 2 tsp wasabi paste (tube) and 2-3 tbsp lemon juice. Fold in cucumber. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
