Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Select the raspberries and blueberries, wash carefully and drain. Stir 4 tablespoons currant juice and pudding powder until smooth. Boil up the rest of the currant juice and cherry nectar. Season with sugar, lemon juice and aniseed. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Fold in the berries and let cool off
