Colorful berry salad with yoghurt and mint sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants and green grapes
  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Pot Mint
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Select raspberries and blackberries. Wash the currants, pluck them from the stalk and let them drain. Pluck the grapes from the stalk, wash, drain and halve them as desired. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries.

    Sprinkle fruit with half of the lemon juice, sprinkle with vanillin sugar and mix. Wash mint, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into strips. Mix yoghurt, honey, remaining lemon juice and mint.

    Arrange berry salad with a blob of yoghurt on a plate and serve decorated as desired with lemon balm.
