Ingredients

  • 1/2 Watermelon (approx. 1 kg)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 150 g clotted cream
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon rasp and balm

Directions

    Cut the melon into slices. Remove the flesh from the skin. Then cut into cubes, removing the seeds. For the sauce, whip cream and vanilla sugar until semi-solid. Mix with sour cream.

    Season to taste with lemon juice. Arrange the melon cubes with the sauce. Serve decorated with lemon shavings and lemon balm.
