Melon boat with honey-yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Galia, honey & cantaloup melon
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Core the melon halves and cut each half into 4 slices. Remove the melon flesh from the skin with a knife and cut crosswise into approx. 5 pieces per column. Arrange 1 melon shuttle per variety on 4 plates, drizzle with yoghurt and honey.

    Coarsely chop the pistachios, sprinkle over them and serve. Decorate with mint.
