Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk, cut the flesh into pieces. Remove seeds from papaya, peel, cut flesh into small pieces. Peel banana and cut into pieces. Peel kiwi, cut off 2 slices. Puree the rest of the kiwi and mix with lemon juice and liqueur to taste.
Mix quark and honey. Fold in fruits and fill into a bowl. Drizzle with pureed kiwi, sprinkle with peanuts and yeast flakes. Decorate as you like with cocktail cherry and tender mint
