Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwis (ca. 150 g)
  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 jar(s) (446 ml; extract weight: 260 g) Pineapple in pieces
  • 1 jar(s) (315 ml; draw-off weight: 175 g) Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 250 g Curd (20% fat)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Peel the kiwis, halve them lengthwise and cut into slices. Clean, wash and quarter the strawberries. Drain pineapple and mandarins. Mix fruit with lemon juice and honey. Marinate for about 10 minutes.

    Mix quark, milk and vanilla sugar. Arrange the fruit. Spread curd sauce on top. Pour the marinade over the fruit and pull it through with a wooden skewer. Decorate with mint
