Fruit cup with cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml; drained weight 250 g) Apricots
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1/2 package (150 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 package Vanillin sugar

Directions

    Drain the apricots and cut into slices. Peel kiwis, halve and slice. Frozen raspberries, kiwis, apricots and orange liqueur mix. Pour into glasses.

    Whip the cream until stiff. Gradually allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Put a dollop on each portion before serving.
