Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp - 3 medium sized oranges (1 organic)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 5 tablespoons of sugar (of which 2 tablespoons may be browner)
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 2-3 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 100 g dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 250 g mascarpone
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 150 g ladyfingers
  • 7-10 Tbsp - 150 ml cold strong coffee or espresso
  • 7-10 Tbsp - Cocoa powder

Directions

    Peel 2 oranges in such a way that the white skin is completely removed all the time. Cut oranges into slices. Wash organic orange hot, rub off peel. Squeeze the orange. Mix juice with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and liqueur.

    Let the oranges steep for about 30 minutes.

    Finely chop the chocolate. Mix mascarpone, quark, 3 tablespoons sugar, orange peel and chocolate. Add the marinade from the orange slices and stir in.
