Fresh figs with Stilton

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 50 g Stilton cheese
  • 50 g Hazelnut kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Honey

Directions

    Roast the nuts in a pan while turning for 2-3 minutes. Let them cool down on a flat plate. Chop roughly. Wash figs, grate dry and cut in half. Cut cheese into pieces. Arrange figs on plates and garnish with honey, cheese and nuts.
