Ingredients

  • 2 Glasses (314 ml each) Artichoke hearts
  • 50 g young spinach
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar

Directions

    Drain the artichokes. Wash the spinach, drain and squeeze. Puree the artichokes and spinach in a tall mixing bowl. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sugar. Fill into glasses, close and chill.
