Ingredients

  • 250 g Kumquats
  • 600 g Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Wash kumquats hot and cut into slices.

    Bring sugar and 400 ml water to the boil. Add kumquats and lemon juice and simmer for about 20 minutes. Immediately pour into clean rinsed glasses and close them tightly. Turn glasses upside down for a short time.
