Raffaello quark with berries

There is probably no quicker dessert for many people: frozen berries and confectionery make the quickly mixed coconut quark a real treat. Cooling of the summer dessert included!

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 600 g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 pck. (150 g each) Coconut-almond confectionery (e.g. "Raffaello")
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 1 kg Cream curd
  • 200 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • Two pck. Vanilla sugar

Directions

    Allow the berries to thaw briefly. Cut the confectionery balls in half. Stir whole quark, coconut milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. First fold in approx. 2⁄3 confectionery, then the berries, up to 2-3 tablespoons for decoration.

    Pour the cream into a large dessert bowl. Sprinkle with the rest of confectionery and berries. Put it in a cold place. Remove from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
