  • 3 Onions
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Caraway seeds
  • 150 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 5 packets (100 g each) Romadur
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes

Directions

    Onions peel and chop finely. Mix onions and caraway seeds. Mix 100 ml water, vinegar and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Season vigorously with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

    Fold in the oil. Wash parsley, shake dry, put something aside for garnishing. Cut remaining parsley into fine strips. Fold the onion-cumin mixture and parsley into the dressing

    Cut the cheese into slices and arrange on a plate in a fan shape. Spread the dressing evenly over the cheese and garnish with parsley and radishes. Pretzels taste good with it
