Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Greek yoghurt (10 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely, chop the garlic. Wash cucumber, dab dry, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Grate cucumber. Mix yoghurt, cucumber, onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
