Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut dates into slices. Roughly chop the nuts. Cut bread into approx. 24 slices (each approx. 1⁄2 cm thick).
Spread slices of bread with feta and place them on the baking tray. Sprinkle with dates and nuts. Sprinkle with honey and oil.
Bake in a hot oven for 3-5 minutes. Wash the thyme, shake dry and remove the leaves from the stems. Sprinkle thyme over the breads.
