Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 200 g Harz cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, caraway, cayenne pepper
  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 2 discs brown bread

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Leek onion clean, wash and in fine rings cut. Dice cheese very finely.

    Season sour cream with salt, caraway and cayenne pepper to taste. Stir in paprika, spring onion and cheese.

    Wash the lettuce leaves and shake well dry. Place 1 lettuce leaf and half the tartar on each slice of bread.
