Obazda with cranberries

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 small red onion
  • 250 g ripe camembert (45 % fat in dry matter)
  • 150 g creamy gorgonzola
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Wild cranberries (glass)

Directions

    Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Dice the camembert. Mash gorgonzola, butter, onion and camembert with a fork. Season with pepper. Fold in cranberries.
