Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 ripe avocados (e.g. variety Ryan)
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime

Directions

    Cook the frozen peas in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut roughly. Mash the peas in a bowl.

    Wash the coriander, pluck off the leaves and chop. Stir lime juice into the cream.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Goes well with hearty farmhouse bread.
