Cut salmon into fine strips. Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely. Mix salmon, dill and yoghurt. Wash apple, quarter it, remove seeds, dice finely and stir into yoghurt. Cut avocado in half lengthwise and remove the core.
Remove the flesh from the skin and dice finely. Mix with lemon juice and also fold into the yoghurt.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with hearty farmhouse bread.
