Tuna-bean spread

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) white cannellini beans
  • 2 tin(s) (185 g each) Tuna fillets in oil
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 5-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Rinse beans in a sieve briefly with cold water and let them drain. Drain the tuna. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings.

    2⁄3 Puree the beans with about 6 tbsp. water and oil to a smooth cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in remaining beans, tuna and spring onions.
