Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1⁄2 Cucumber
  • 4 discs smoked salmon
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 200 g Cream curd
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 discs Grain Bread

Directions

    Wash and chop the cucumber. Cut salmon into fine strips. Wash dill, shake dry and chop.

    Mix quark with cucumber, olive oil and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the dill quark on the bread. Spread salmon on the quark.
