Two kinds of toast rolls

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 discs Sandwich toast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 stalks of chives
  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 50 g roasted pickled red pepper
  • 125 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Cut off the toast crust. Peel and chop garlic clove. Wash chives and parsley and shake dry. Cut chives into rings and chop parsley leaves finely. Drain the bell peppers and dice them finely

    Stir cream cheese until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Halve the cheese mixture. Mix herbs and garlic in one half, mix paprika in the other half

    Place each toast slice between foil, roll flat with the cake roll. Spread two slices with herb cream cheese, spread two slices with paprika cream cheese. Roll up the toast slices tightly and wrap them tightly in foil. Put the rolls in a cool place for about 30 minutes.

    Remove cling film and cut rolls into slices of approx. 1 cm thick. Put on wooden skewers and arrange in glasses

    Waiting time approx. 30 minutes
