Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g Chorizo Sausage
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 225 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Poppy
  • 1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 12 Paper baking cups

Directions

    Grate parmesan. Cut the chorizo into pieces. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix eggs, oil and milk, add flour mix and parmesan and stir in briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, fold in the chorizo, poppy seeds and caraway

    Line the recesses of a muffin tray with paper baking cups. Spread the dough into the baking cups and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 25 minutes. Serve lukewarm or cold
