  • 6 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut brittle
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 4 Blackberries
  • 4 Rispen rote Johannisbeeren
  • 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 4 Raspberries

Directions

    Chop the pistachios and put them in a bowl. Put the brittle in a bowl. Wash and clean strawberries, blackberries and currants. Roll 4 balls of vanilla ice cream in brittle and 4 balls in pistachios until the balls are completely enclosed.

    Arrange 2 vanilla ice cream balls on each plate and decorate with the berries.
