Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 400 g Lamb mince (or mixed mince)
  • 3/8 l Tomato juice
  • 80 g paprika-filled olives
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 thin flatbreads
  • 2 Onions
  • 150 g Feta or sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and pickled peppers

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic and sauté in hot oil, add the minced garlic and fry. Deglaze with tomato juice and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash the thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks.

    Drain the olives, cut them into slices and add them to the mince with the thyme leaves. Season with salt, sambal oelek and cumin. Cut tomatoes into slices. Cover the pancake with tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 5 minutes.

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Crumble the cheese finely. Spread both with the mince on the flat cake. Serve garnished with parsley and pepperoni.
