  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 package Pizza Fix
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 125 g Smoked salmon in slices
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Trout caviar
  • 4 Lemon wedges
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

    For the pizza bases sift flour into a bowl. Mix in Pizza-Fix. Add 150 ml of water, oil and salt and mix to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead the dough on a floured work surface, cut it in half and roll it out round (approx. 20 cm Ø). Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. In the meantime, mix sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Spread the still hot pizza bases with the sour cream. Cover with salmon, onion rings and trout caviar. Sprinkle with dill. Arrange lemon wedges on top
