Pizza Tomato-Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 150 g Flour
  • 1/4 cube (10 g) Yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 (approx. 80 g) Onion
  • 2 stem(s) Basil, oregano and thyme
  • 100 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g tomato pulp in pieces
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 packs (125 g each) Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl and press a depression in the middle. Dissolve the yeast in 5 tablespoons of lukewarm water and pour into the hollow. Mix with some flour to a pre-dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Heat 100-125 ml of water lukewarm. Add 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil and lukewarm water to the pre-dough and knead until smooth.

    Form into a ball and cover and let it rise for about 30 minutes. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems. Put some marjoram and basil aside for garnishing. Cut the rest of the herbs separately. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes while turning, season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Remove from the pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and heat up. Sauté the onion until translucent, add the tomato pulp and fry for another 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.

Roll out the dough oval (20 x 30 cm) on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce. Cover with tomato and mozzarella slices and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mince around the slices. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Remove the pizza and garnish with basil and marjoram

    Roll out the dough oval (20 x 30 cm) on a floured work surface and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the tomato sauce. Cover with tomato and mozzarella slices and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mince around the slices. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Remove the pizza and garnish with basil and marjoram
