Smørrebrød with Sill egg salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 2 glasses (250 g each) Sill in dill marinade (Scandinavian herring bites; e.g. from Ikea)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 4 Disc/s (each 60 g) farmhouse bread
  • 4 TSP Butter

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, take them out, rinse with cold water, peel and let them cool down. Drain the sill and cut into small cubes. Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely.

    Chop the eggs finely. Mix everything. Brush bread with butter. Spread Sill egg salad on top.
