Sausage-Chili with spiral noodles

Ingredients

  • 250 g Pasta (e.g. Spirelli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 4 (approx. 400 g) Vienna sausage
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 package (370 g) Tomato pieces with chilies
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) Texas Mix (corn, kidney beans, red pepper pieces)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the sausages into slices. Peel and chop onions. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the sausage slices briefly in it.

    Add tomato sauce and stock, simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables and add to the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Season to taste with a little salt and chili. Pass the noodles to the sausage chili.
