Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the sausages into slices. Peel and chop onions. Heat oil in a pot. Fry the sausage slices briefly in it.
Add tomato sauce and stock, simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the vegetables and add to the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Season to taste with a little salt and chili. Pass the noodles to the sausage chili.
