Wraps with minced salad filling

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 (150 g) small head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 package (280 g) Wraps (4 pieces ; 25 cm Ø)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 200 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp parchment paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gift ribbon or kitchen yarn

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a large coated pan. Fry on high heat for 6-8 minutes while stirring until crumbly. After about 4 minutes add onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool down on a flat plate

    In the meantime, clean and wash the salad, drain well and cut into small strips. Spread the wraps on the work surface and spread 1 tablespoon of tomato paste on each. First mince, then spread the salad on the wraps and sprinkle with crumbled cream cheese. Leave approx. 3 cm of edge free.

    Fold the left and right edges 3-4 cm towards the centre. Roll up the wrap tightly. Halve the roll diagonally. Cut approx. 4 cm wide strips from the parchment and wrap them around the lower end of the wraps. Tie together with gift ribbon or kitchen yarn as desired
