Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 3 red onions
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 100 g Danish pickled cucumber slices (cucumber salad, a.d.glass)
  • 10 (à 50 g) Hamburger roll with sesame seeds
  • 1 kg Minced beef
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Salt
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Pepper
  • 10 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and shake the lettuce dry. Drain cucumbers well

    Cut the rolls in half and place them on the grill with the cut surface, roast briefly. Season minced meat with salt and pepper. Divide into 10 portions, form each minced portion into a flat burger, place in an oiled burger shaper (11.5 cm Ø). Shape into a thin burger patty. Place on the grill and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side

    Just before the end of the grilling time, brush with approx. 1/3 of the BBQ sauce. Spread the bread roll slices with mayonnaise. Cover with lettuce leaves, meatballs, onions, cucumber and tomatoes and combine to a burger. Put the lid on top
