Kohl-Mettpfanne with potato noodles

Ingredients

  • 500 g White cabbage
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 500 g Fresh pasta (refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 package (370 g) Tomato sauce with herbs
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the white cabbage into strips. Wash tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel and chop onion. Heat oil in a large pan. Pluck the ground pork in pieces, fry it together with the potato noodles and take it out. Fry cabbage and onion in the frying fat.

    Add 200 ml water, bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, ground pork and potato noodles and heat everything up. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Season to taste and sprinkle with chives
