Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Ajvar (preparation of paprika)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 (320 g; 8 pieces) Package wheat tortillas
  • 150 g Cream yoghurt
  • 1 Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Fry minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Peel and chop the garlic and fry briefly. Stir in Ajvar and salt. Place tortillas on trays covered with baking paper.

    Spread chop on it. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes per tray.

    Season yoghurt with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Peel onion, cut into rings. Put salad, onion and some yoghurt on the pizzas. Add the rest of the yoghurt.
