  • 500 g colourful peppers
  • 200 g Vegetable maize (a.d. tin)
  • 1 bundle (150 g) Spring onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 package (230 g) Baking mix for pizza and vegetable cake
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Schmand
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried ital. Herbs
  • 100 g Camembert
  • 7-10 Tbsp (30 % fat in dry matter)

    Clean the peppers and cut them into pieces. Put the corn in a sieve and let it drain. Cut spring onions into rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic, press through a garlic press.

    Add 1/8 litre water to the baking mixture and knead to a smooth dough. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry garlic and paprika in it. Add tomato paste, season with salt and pepper. Stir sour cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper, stir in herbs. Roll out dough on baking paper as thin and oval as possible. Brush with spiced sour cream. Spread the prepared ingredients over it. Bake pizza in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C) for approx. 20 minutes. Cut camembert into thin slices.
