Mix the flour, 1 pinch of salt and yeast. Add 150 ml lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes
Clean broccoli, wash it, cut it into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Drain. Clean, wash and cut the mushrooms into thicker slices. Fry them in 1 tbsp. hot oil until golden brown, season, let them cool down a little
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface until round (approx. 28 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread crème fraîche on top and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Spread broccoli and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over it if necessary
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately
