Ingredients

  • 250 g + some flour
  • 1/2 cube (approx. 20 g) Yeast
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 coated Tsp salt, pepper
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 package (250 g) piecemeal
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomatoes
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 30 g Thin slices of salami
  • 4-6 Artichoke hearts (tin)
  • 75 g Hard cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Put 250 g flour in a bowl, press the depression into it. Crumble yeast into it. With sugar, 150 ml lukewarm water,

    Knead 1 tablespoon of oil and salt until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 30 minutes

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Clean, wash and halve or quarter the mushrooms. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Brown both in it, season. Add chunky tomatoes, braise everything for about 5 minutes. Let cool down a little. Wash and halve the tomatoes

    Knead the dough again. Roll out to a little flour (approx. 25 cm Ø). Leave to rise for a further 20 minutes. Spread tomato mixture on top. Cover with tomatoes, salami and artichokes. Grate cheese and sprinkle on top

    Bake pizza on the hot pizza stone in the electric grill for about 10 minutes. Take it out and add oregano
