Wash the chilli, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Peel 1 onion and garlic, dice finely. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Fry chili, onion and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with 1 tbsp. flour and sauté briefly. Stir in chunky tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season to taste
Rinse the beans. Drain beans and corn. Add both to the mince. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel remaining onions and cut into rings
Knead the contents of both pizza dough bags with 1/4 l lukewarm water to form a smooth dough. Roll out on a floured baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Spread chilli con carne on top. Add tomatoes and onions. Grate cheese roughly and spread with crème fraîche
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Cut into pieces, arrange and garnish
