Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 250 g Flour
  • 125 g Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Salt
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS grated horseradish (from the jar)
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the dough, knead flour, softened butter, 1 egg, salt and 100 ml water to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, stir the remaining eggs and crème fraîche until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and horseradish. Wash, chop and stir in the dill. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into bite-sized pieces. Divide the dough into 8 pieces.

    Roll out to circles (14 cm Ø) on a floured work surface. Put them into paper-lined moulds (12 cm Ø). Put salmon slices and spring onions in them. Pour the whisked eggs over them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with black caviar
