Gourmet slices with spring onions and ham

Ingredients

  • 75 g lean
  • 7-10 Tbsp Diced ham
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp chilled fresh dough
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Baguette roll"
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 °C (circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Brown the ham in hot oil. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions and fry them briefly

    Let it cool down a bit

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Take the dough out of the tin according to the instructions on the packet and spread it out flat. Cut into four rectangles at the seams

    Then halve each rectangle 1x crosswise. Roll out each dough 15 cm long and place on the baking tray. Stir the crème fraîche into the leek mixture. Season with salt and pepper

    Spread the mixture with a spoon on the dough pieces. Bake the gourmet slices on the middle shelf of the hot oven for 12-14 minutes
