Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 8 Bread roll
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 800 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 150 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves and parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Cut off a lid from each roll. Hollow out the buns. Soak half of the inside in some water. Peel and finely chop the onions. Squeeze out the soaked roll interior and knead together with the chopped onions.

  2. 2

Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it at high heat while turning for about 5 minutes. Wash, clean and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

  3. 3

Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Grate the cheese roughly. Fill the rolls with the mince and sprinkle with tomato cubes and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 12 minutes.

  4. 4

2 minutes before the end of the baking time, place the tops of the rolls on the minced meat mixture and bake with it. Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with salad and parsley as desired. Tomato salad tastes good with it.

  5. 5

    Results in 8 pieces.
