Filled Mett-Bread rolls

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 fresh buns
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 600 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Edesweet paprika, 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly some salad leaves

Directions

    Cut off the lids from the rolls. Hollow out the buns. Soak half of the inside of the roll in approx. 4 tablespoons of water

    Peel and chop the onions. Knead the ground pork, soaked the inside of the roll and the onions. Seasoning

    Heat the oil. Fry the minced meat in it for about 5 minutes, crumbling it coarsely. Let cool down a little bit

    Wash, clean, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Grate cheese. Fill the rolls with minced pork. Sprinkle tomato cubes and cheese on top

    Bake the rolls in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. 2 minutes before the end of the baking time, place the lids on the rolls. Arrange on salad leaves. Served with: tomato salad
