Ingredients

  • 1/2 pack (185 g) chunky tomato pulp with herbs
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS dried basil
  • 50 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 1 Bag of mozzarella cheese (total weight 195 g, dry weight 125 g)
  • 1 package (230 g) Pizza dough (round 32 cm Ø)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 6 discs (10 g each) Parma ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Mix the chopped tomatoes and basil. Clean, wash and drain the arugula. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray on the available paper.

    Prick several times with a fork. Spread the tomato mixture evenly on top. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with half of the rocket, ham and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 12-15 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, cover with the rest of the arugula and serve garnished with basil as desired.
