Ingredients

  • 250 g dark wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 package Dry yeast
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1/2 package (100 g) Pizza cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and yeast. Add 150 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix to a smooth dough using the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.

    Drain. If necessary, wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. Heat the fat in a pan and fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface until round (approx. 28 cm Ø). Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix crème fraîche and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Spread the pizza base with it. Spread broccoli and mushrooms on top and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle remaining olive oil over it.
