Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1/2 pack (1 bag; 175 g) Pizza dough
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g white mushrooms
  • 75 g pink mushrooms
  • 50 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Mix the basic mixture for pizza dough, olive oil and 100 ml cold water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Wash the thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stems.

  2. 2

Stir tomato paste and ketchup until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and thyme, except for 1 teaspoon for garnishing. Wash and clean the mushrooms and dab them dry. Carefully rub off the austene mushrooms. Cut mushrooms into thick slices.

  3. 3

Halve or quarter the oyster mushrooms depending on size. Clean the tomatoes, carve them crosswise, blanch them hot, rinse with cold water and peel the skin. Cut tomatoes into quarters and remove seeds. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray to a circle (approx. 28 cm Ø).

  4. 4

Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving an approx. 1/2 cm wide edge free. Spread mushrooms and tomatoes on the sauce. Drain the mozzarella, cut it into thin slices and cover the pizza with them.

  5. 5

Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Serve sprinkled with remaining thyme.
