Mix flour, yeast and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil and 125 ml lukewarm water and knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Work into a smooth dough with your hands. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut the cheese into slices. Knead yeast dough again briefly.
Roll out 4 oval pizzas on a floured work surface (so that they fit on a baking tray). Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread tomato paste on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Cover with cherry tomatoes and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Serve nice and hot
