Soak the toast. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Wash and chop the herbs. Squeeze the toast. Knead with minced meat, eggs, onions, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper and sweet paprika
Grease the grease pan. Put mince on it and press it on. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for approx. 15 minutes
Peel the vegetable onion and cut into rings. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mushrooms and cut in half. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion rings. Add paprika and fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in mushrooms. Mix gypsy sauce, ketchup, crème fraîche and 3 tbsp. oil. Grate cheese
Switch the oven down to 200 °C (circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Remove the minced pizza. Cover first with tomatoes, then with the rest of the vegetables. Pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 1 hour more. Chop olives and sprinkle over it
